About the Sewphisticate

My photo
Anneliese
Needle and thread never far from hand, Anneliese is a seamstress, weaver, and living historian who honors her Chinese and American heritages through education and outreach. She is currently completing a degree in costume construction and textiles; and works as a historical interpreter and interpretation office assistant at a large, 19th-Century living history museum. She documents her historical costumes and projects in progress, here, on the blog, and on social media as The Sewphisticate.
